Bellevue's established neighborhoods have some of the most varied roofs we work on, from 1960s ramblers with low-slope sections to 1980s homes with tile and cedar shake, and we bring the same honest evaluation to each. Most asphalt roofs in Bellevue last 15 to 20 years, not the number on the wrapper, because our wet-dry cycles, moss and needles wear a shingle out faster than the national average. When yours is finished, we replace it the way it should have been done the first time.

Bridle Trails, Somerset and Newport Hills sit under tall firs and hold moss, while the older flatter neighborhoods like Lake Hills and Crossroads have low-slope roofs that need membrane systems done correctly. Every Bellevue replacement is torn off in sections and dried in the same day so nothing is left open overnight. We watch the forecast, protect the landscaping and position the debris trailer so the old roof goes straight in.

1950s and 60s ramblers in Lake Hills and Crossroads, 1970s and 80s two-stories in Somerset and Newport Hills, and larger homes on wooded lots in Bridle Trails, many with tile or cedar shake roofs. New gutters and downspouts are included with every full roof replacement in Bellevue, because old gutters on a new roof are a mismatch and removing them lets us repair the fascia and drip edge properly.
If we have repaired your Bellevue roof before, that repair is credited toward the replacement. Financing through Hearth is available with a 60-second pre-qualification that does not affect your credit score, and we deliberately do not offer in-house financing.
We provide roof replacement across all of Bellevue, including Crossroads, Lake Hills, Newport Hills, Somerset, and the surrounding the Eastside area. Bellevue is about forty-five minutes from Lake Stevens via I-405.
