Everett is the largest city we serve and one of the closest to Lake Stevens. We re-roof, re-side and repair homes from north Everett's historic grid to the newer neighborhoods around Silver Lake. Wallace Roofing & Exterior repairs roofs in Everett that other companies would rather replace. If a repair will hold and the rest of the roof has life left, that is what we recommend. If it will not, we tell you that before we take your money.

Marine air off Port Gardner Bay keeps north and west slopes damp, so algae streaking and moss show up earlier here than inland. Wind off the water tests shingle seals and flashing on the bluff neighborhoods. In Everett the usual suspects are split pipe boots, step flashing behind siding that was never lapped correctly, chimney counter-flashing with failed sealant, valleys clogged with needles and skylights set without the right curb and flashing kit. Moss makes every one of them worse.

North Everett is full of 1910s to 1940s bungalows with steep roofs and original cedar under layers of asphalt, while south Everett and Silver Lake have 1960s ramblers and 1990s two-stories. We also fix the damage a long-term leak leaves behind in Everett: soft decking, rotten fascia and soffits, and stained drywall inside. Fixing the leak without fixing what it soaked is only half a repair.
Our free roof evaluation in Everett includes the roof walk and the attic check, so you know whether you are looking at a repair, a cleaning or a replacement before anyone quotes you anything.
We provide roof repair across all of Everett, including North Everett, Silver Lake, Riverside, Delta, and the surrounding the Everett area area. Everett is fifteen minutes from Lake Stevens across the trestle, and we are there most weeks.
Call Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction at (206) 679-3461 or request a free evaluation online. We will come out, walk the roof and the property with you, and give you a written, honest quote for roof repair at your Everett home.
