Everett is the largest city we serve and one of the closest to Lake Stevens. We re-roof, re-side and repair homes from north Everett's historic grid to the newer neighborhoods around Silver Lake. Most window failures we see in Everett are not the glass. They are rotten sills from a window set without sill pan flashing, stains below a window whose head flashing was skipped, and drafts from an opening foamed shut instead of properly sealed. Those are installation problems.

Marine air off Port Gardner Bay keeps north and west slopes damp, so algae streaking and moss show up earlier here than inland. Wind off the water tests shingle seals and flashing on the bluff neighborhoods. Retrofit or full-frame? A retrofit insert fits inside the existing frame and is less invasive. A full-frame replacement goes to the rough opening and is the right call when the sill or framing on your Everett home is rotten. We check and tell you which one it actually needs.

North Everett is full of 1910s to 1940s bungalows with steep roofs and original cedar under layers of asphalt, while south Everett and Silver Lake have 1960s ramblers and 1990s two-stories. Companies have gone out of business over energy-savings promises, and that is not how we sell windows in Everett. Comfort, quiet, dryness and a window that opens are the honest reasons to replace them, and those we can deliver.
Our free evaluation in Everett looks at every window and door, the sills and trim around them, and the walls below them, and tells you honestly which ones need replacing and which ones are fine.
Our window replacement work in Everett covers North Everett, Silver Lake, Riverside, Delta and the rest of the Everett area. Everett is fifteen minutes from Lake Stevens across the trestle, and we are there most weeks.
Call Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction at (206) 679-3461 or request a free evaluation online. We will come out, walk the roof and the property with you, and give you a written, honest quote for window replacement at your Everett home.
