The Sammamish Plateau was built out in the 1990s and 2000s with big two-story homes, steep complex roofs and heavy tree cover, which makes it a natural fit for our roofing, moss cleaning and exterior work. A leaking roof in Sammamish is not necessarily a finished roof. Most leaks trace to a handful of failure points: cracked pipe boots, flashing pulled away from a chimney or wall, a worn valley, nail pops, a skylight seal or shingles lifted by wind. Those are repairs, and Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction treats them as repairs.

Homes on the Plateau sit under dense fir and cedar, so needles collect in every valley and moss grows on every north slope. The complex rooflines with multiple valleys, dormers and skylights need a crew that details flashing correctly. Storm damage in Sammamish usually means wind-lifted or missing shingles and torn ridge caps. We match the shingle, reseal what can be resealed and replace what cannot, and we can tarp the roof first if the weather will not wait.

Mostly 1990s and 2000s two-stories in HOA neighborhoods like Trossachs, Klahanie and Pine Lake, with some older homes around Beaver Lake and the lakefront. We also fix the damage a long-term leak leaves behind in Sammamish: soft decking, rotten fascia and soffits, and stained drywall inside. Fixing the leak without fixing what it soaked is only half a repair.
Skylight leaks are one of the most common Sammamish repair calls. Usually the skylight is fine and the flashing is not, and we reflash it with the manufacturer's kit rather than smearing sealant around the frame.
Wallace Roofing & Exterior serves Klahanie, Trossachs, Pine Lake, Beaver Lake and every other Sammamish neighborhood for roof repair. Sammamish is about fifty minutes from Lake Stevens.
