Edmonds is one of our favorite places to work, from the view homes above the Bowl to the wooded neighborhoods of Perrinville and Westgate. We have replaced full decks and roofs here. A roof replacement from Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction in Edmonds means a full tear-off to the decking, every soft sheet of plywood replaced, new underlayment, ice-and-water shield in the valleys and eaves, new flashing and vents, and a shingle system installed to the manufacturer's specification.

Marine air keeps Edmonds roofs damp and algae-streaked, and the big firs in Perrinville, Seaview and Firdale add shade and needles. Moss grows here as fast as anywhere on the Sound. Before we quote a replacement in Edmonds, we walk the roof and go into the attic. Staining, damp sheathing and matted insulation tell us how far a leak has traveled and how much decking will need replacing, and that all goes into the written number you approve.

The Bowl and Seaview have 1940s to 60s homes, many with original cedar roofs under asphalt, while Westgate, Firdale and Meadowdale run 1960s to 80s ramblers and split-levels. New gutters and downspouts are included with every full roof replacement in Edmonds, because old gutters on a new roof are a mismatch and removing them lets us repair the fascia and drip edge properly.
If we have repaired your Edmonds roof before, that repair is credited toward the replacement. Financing through Hearth is available with a 60-second pre-qualification that does not affect your credit score, and we deliberately do not offer in-house financing.
Our roof replacement work in Edmonds covers The Bowl, Seaview, Perrinville, Westgate and the rest of the Edmonds waterfront. Edmonds is about thirty-five minutes from Lake Stevens, and we are there regularly.
