Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction serves north King County and the Eastside from our base in Lake Stevens, with Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Shoreline and the Eastside cities as our core King County territory. Most window failures we see in King County are not the glass. They are rotten sills from a window set without sill pan flashing, stains below a window whose head flashing was skipped, and drafts from an opening foamed shut instead of properly sealed. Those are installation problems.

North King County roofs deal with the same wet-dry cycles, tree cover and moss as Snohomish County, with marine influence near the Sound and heavy shade in the wooded neighborhoods along Lake Washington and the Sammamish valley. Retrofit or full-frame? A retrofit insert fits inside the existing frame and is less invasive. A full-frame replacement goes to the rough opening and is the right call when the sill or framing on your King County home is rotten. We check and tell you which one it actually needs.

Housing runs from 1940s and 50s ramblers in Shoreline and Kenmore to 1980s and 90s two-stories in Woodinville and Bothell and large newer homes on the Eastside. We replace sliders, casements, picture windows, bay and bow windows, and sliding and French patio doors in King County, in vinyl and fiberglass, and we repair rotten sills and framing as part of the job rather than covering them with trim.
Financing for King County window projects is available through Hearth with a 60-second pre-qualification that does not affect your credit score. We do not offer in-house financing, on purpose.
We provide window replacement across all of King County, including Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Shoreline, and the surrounding north King County area. Most of north King County is within a thirty to forty-five minute drive of Lake Stevens.
