Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction serves the Eastside from Kirkland and Redmond to Bellevue, Sammamish and Issaquah, bringing the same honest evaluation and installation quality we are known for in Snohomish County. Most window failures we see in Eastside are not the glass. They are rotten sills from a window set without sill pan flashing, stains below a window whose head flashing was skipped, and drafts from an opening foamed shut instead of properly sealed. Those are installation problems.

Eastside neighborhoods are heavily treed, so moss, needles and shade are the main threats to a roof, and the mix of tile, cedar shake and architectural shingle roofs on 1980s and 90s homes calls for a contractor comfortable with all of them. We install Milgard in Eastside because Milgard is a Pacific Northwest manufacturer that builds for our climate and we have installed enough of them to trust how they hold up. We are also an AAMA member and install to those standards.

Housing ranges from 1960s ramblers in Kirkland and Bellevue to 1990s and 2000s two-stories on the Sammamish Plateau and in the Issaquah Highlands. Companies have gone out of business over energy-savings promises, and that is not how we sell windows in Eastside. Comfort, quiet, dryness and a window that opens are the honest reasons to replace them, and those we can deliver.
Our free evaluation in Eastside looks at every window and door, the sills and trim around them, and the walls below them, and tells you honestly which ones need replacing and which ones are fine.
Wallace Roofing & Exterior serves Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish and every other Eastside neighborhood for window replacement. Most of the Eastside is thirty-five to fifty-five minutes from Lake Stevens.
