Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction serves the Eastside from Kirkland and Redmond to Bellevue, Sammamish and Issaquah, bringing the same honest evaluation and installation quality we are known for in Snohomish County. Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction is a full-service roofing contractor for Eastside homeowners: roof replacement, roof repair, inspections and our Roof Refresh moss and algae cleaning. Jeremiah Wallace started the company after years as an estimator watching prices get padded to cover commissions, and it runs on three words: integrity, honesty and discipline.

Eastside neighborhoods are heavily treed, so moss, needles and shade are the main threats to a roof, and the mix of tile, cedar shake and architectural shingle roofs on 1980s and 90s homes calls for a contractor comfortable with all of them. That is why every Eastside roofing quote we write starts in the attic. Rotten plywood, condensation stains and blocked ventilation are all visible from below, and finding them first is how we avoid the change orders other companies hand you on day one.

Housing ranges from 1960s ramblers in Kirkland and Bellevue to 1990s and 2000s two-stories on the Sammamish Plateau and in the Issaquah Highlands. Whatever your Eastside roof needs, you get the same process: a written scope, daily photo updates while we work, a clean site every evening, permits handled by us from quote through inspection, and warranty documentation in your hands when the job is done.
Repairs you pay us for in Eastside are credited toward a full replacement if you decide on one later, and new gutters and downspouts are included with every full roof replacement. Financing through Hearth is available with a 60-second pre-qualification that does not affect your credit.
Our roofing work in Eastside covers Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish and the rest of the Eastside. Most of the Eastside is thirty-five to fifty-five minutes from Lake Stevens.
